The project located in Alibaug was proposed and designed by Piramal Nextgen Industries Pvt. Ltd. featuring a luxurious two-floor bungalow with state-of-the-art amenities. The ground floor of the bungalow is designed to offer a blend of functionality and recreation, including a football field, a swimming pool, a games room, and a beautifully landscaped lawn, making it a perfect space for leisure and entertainment. Additionally, the ground floor accommodates a security room and staff quarters, ensuring convenience and safety for the residents. The bungalow's design reflects a seamless integration of modern amenities with a focus on comfort, functionality, and luxury.

Neoinfinit Engineering played a key role in this project by providing specialized plumbing services that catered to the complex requirements of the property. The services included designing and implementing efficient water supply systems to ensure a consistent and reliable flow of water across all areas of the bungalow. Additionally, a robust drainage system was developed to manage wastewater effectively, ensuring hygiene and sustainability. Rainwater harvesting systems were incorporated to optimize the use of natural resources, while stormwater management solutions were implemented to prevent waterlogging and maintain the integrity of the property during heavy rainfall. The engineering team also designed and executed water storage systems, including underground (UG) and overhead (OH) tanks, to meet the property's water demands efficiently.

The scope of Neoinfinit Engineering’s work extended to scheme development, design development, and estimation. Detailed good-for-construction drawings were prepared to ensure precise execution, and periodic site inspections were conducted throughout the project's lifecycle to maintain the highest standards of quality and performance.
