The project is located in Hadapsar, Pune, proposed by Saarloha Advanced Materials Pvt. Ltd. and designed by Vastushakti. It involves the development of an interior layout for a one-floor office, including a pantry, workstations, and other essential office spaces designed to meet modern functionality and aesthetics. The Neoinfinit Engineering Team provided comprehensive MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting) services to ensure seamless integration of engineering systems within the interior design.

Our scope of work included designing and installing HVAC systems to maintain comfortable indoor temperatures and efficient air circulation. For electrical services, we designed LT electrical connections, single-phase and three-phase wiring, and power supply systems to support workstations, pantry, and lighting. Data and communication systems were integrated, including structured cabling for IT networking, intercom systems, and MATV connections for audio-visual needs. Plumbing systems were tailored to the pantry and washroom areas, with an emphasis on sustainable water usage.

To ensure safety, we installed automatic fire alarm systems comprising smoke detectors, hooters, and manual call points, along with sprinklers and fire extinguishers as per regulations. Our team also provided public address systems for emergency communication. Neoinfinit’s involvement spanned design development, cost estimation, preparation of good-for-construction drawings, and periodic site inspections to monitor quality and progress.
